Other fancy and gift boxes are available at an additional cost to the customer. All items "Available on backorder" are manufactured on order and are shipped out usually in 7 business days, sometimes there may be delays due to reasons out of our control. Delivery time from there on is usually 1-3 business days depending on the location. Deliveries to Karachi are usually quicker as compared to the rest of the country. Deliveries to non-metropolitan areas can be significantly delayed due to constraints out of our control.

In a rare circumstance that you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund you for the full amount for all items that were purchased "in-stock". For all custom made or made on order items we will ensure that you are fully happy and will do our best to fix whatever the problem there may be.
